Elburn Metal Stamping is located in a 50,000 Sq. Ft. building in Elburn, Illinois. We currently service approximately 200 active customers. Since we opened our doors in 1975 we have built over 2500 sets of tools and more than 1000 are still active.

All tooling built by Elburn Metal Stamping is the property of the customer and will be kept and maintained by Elburn Metal Stamping for filling their orders.

We stamp a large variety of materials ranging from steel, spring steel, and aluminum from 0.005 to 0.178 thick. We also stamp brass, copper, phosphor, bronze, beryllium copper, and stainless steel from 0.005 to 0.074 thick. We are also able to punch various plastics, phenolics, and insulating papers.
